Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am currently hold GBTC in some of my IRA accounts. However, it's in limited because the fund is only in the OTC market. Having a Spot Bitcoin ETF will provide me with more opportunities in my retirement account. Other countries already have Bitcoin ETF. But the US markets are behind in this crypto technology.
