Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an individual investor, I would prefer to invest in a spot ETF product rather than the futures ETF, which has recently been approved. I believe a spot ETF is overdue, and we are falling behind other nations which have already offered spot ETF products. I think Bitcoin is aligned with American values.
