Dear SEC, I am an owner of GBTC as I seek an investment vehicle to track the price of spot bitcoin. It has been a very poor overall tracking method because of the lack of clarity on whether it will be approved as a spot ETF and because it has been forced to operate in a non-perfect manner. I see no reason why approval should be delayed. Not approving it forces investors to seek out inferior financial products just because the SEC cannot make up its mind. It is obvious a bitcoin spot ETF will be approved eventually. Every day it is delayed is another day of forcing investors into bad products and another day of the SEC failing to help the average investor. Thank you for your consideration. Best, Steve Robson
