Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. as a resident of florida i am requesting approval for GBTC to be converted to a spot bitcoin ETF. it is unreasonable that a variety of other investable products are available to me, which are much more complicated, sophisticated and riskier. moreover, canada, not known for its financial risk excesses (think back to bank stress/failures in the US vs Canada) has more than one bitcoin spot ETF available. i should be allowed to make my own decisions with their associated risks and not be coddled to by the government Sincerely, Curtis Slipman, MD
