Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. With the end of most pensions, bitcoin is a great way to diversify. Canadian spot etfs show concerns are overblown. People can lose or forget their keys so need a responsible vehicle to invest in bitcoin. We need this. All the Best, John P.
