Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. BTC is a national security issue, the US needs to continue to be the leader in this emerging technology. Allowing canada to be the leader instead of us is embarrassing, and should be a great source of shame. BTC cannot be put back in the box, you can't turn it off, therefore we must adapt. Without action and a spot ETF, you are all but guaranteeing the US will experience the same fate as Kmart, sears, or blockbuster video. Please, do that right thing before its too late. Approve GBTC as a spot ETF. Sincerely, James Macon
