Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The United States is far behind the rest of the world on this — many other countries have an ETF/ETP. Don’t let the US get left behind any further. We need to lead the Bitcoin space.
