Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The United States needs to join most of the developed world and get a spot ETF for Bitcoin. This product has been available across the world for years now with no issues.
