Hi SEC, I am an investor living in Montreal, Canada. I am writing this email to tell you that we need a spot bitcoin ETF for the american market and investors all over the world. A spot bitcoin etf is actually protecting investors much better than a future-based etf, since there is much less rollover cost, especially benefiting the small investment. Bitcoin market is large enough and liquid enough for normal investors participating, a spot bitcoin etf will significantly improve investors experience to the bitcoin exposure. And there are already douzening of regulated bitcoin exchanges in the USA, and price manipulation is more and more difficult given the decentralized bitcoin exchanges all over the world. Having a spot bitcoin etf IS PROTECTING investors, even though the USA is already late, but it is still better than doing nothing. sincerely, eric wang
