Dear SEC, As a holder of GBTC I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust into a spot ETF. As a retail investor it seems strange that I can purchase bitcoin on dozens of different exchanges and self custody and yet I cannot purchase a bitcoin ETF through usual stock channels. I have many friends that are interested in bitcoin but don't want to have self custody or go through the hassle of dealing with exchanges. Having a spot bitcoin ETF will provide more options for retail investors that doesn't have the same discounts/premiums that a trust is hampered by.
