I am writing today to say that I believe you should allow Grayscale (and others) to convert their bitcoin trust (GBTC) into a spot ETF. Your stated mission - "The mission of the U.S. SEC is to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation. You are failing in all three by not approving a spot bitcoin ETF for US investors. The US should be leading the way to support Americans getting spot exposure to this emerging asset class not following Canada, Australia and others. Thank You.
