Dear SEC%2C I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol%3A GBTC)%2C currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund%2C to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Massachusetts. Bitcoin is volatile and I accept that. The Bitcoin trust is even more volatile and currently trades below fair value even though it is backed by Bitcoin. Please protect investors by allowing the conversion to a spot Bitcoin fund.
