Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe that it is absolutely necessary because Bitcoin is one of the most important vehicles for saving. How else are you supposed to store your earned money for a long time without a big loss of purchasing power? However, since I don't want to own derivatives and can't handle self-custody, a spot ETF would be a big help. Sincerely, Patrick Kühnast
