Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Hello I am a resident of Hazel Park Michigan and my financial advisor explain to me that a future is ETF in Bitcoin is not in my best interests in that a spot Bitcoin ETF would be much more in my favor. He also noted that a spot ETF would be superior to gbtc. It is frustrating and absurd to me that I have access to inferior products that are not in my best interest and encourage you to please except the conversion of gbtc to a spot ETF.
