Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe that I should be able to invest my funds as I see fit. A spot BTC ETF is the best way for my managed retirement funds to access BTC. Sincerely, Peter Stickney
