Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of Missouri I want the opportunity to invest my retirement savings in spot btc. Currently gbtc is trading a my significant discount to NAV as a result of your arbitrary rules.
