Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Many people have invested into this current product, and are losing money because it doesn't accurately track the price of Bitcoin. An ETF would help consumers that have invested into this. Other countries such as Canada have allowed ETFs. Let the USA be a leader in a Bitcoin ETF. I am a investor in GBTC that l live in Tennessee. Sincerely, Brandon
