To whom it may concern, As an American investor, I am writing to support approval of bitcoin spot ETFs. I am very disappointed that the SEC has so far refused to permit bitcoin spot ETFs. As an investor spot ETFs for bitcoin will offer many key advantages over futures based ETFs that have already been approved. Thank you for your time and consideration. -Milad Mohammadi
