Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The US has always been a technology innovator and we need to get in front of this before other countries do. I know it's important that you look after the safety and especially custody issues but it looks like legitimate companies like Fidelity has custody solutions for digital assets.
