Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is ridiculous that other countries are outpacing the U.S. in this area. Also, it makes no logical sense to allow a futures product and to NOT allow a spot product. Please reconsider and allow the GBTC conversion! Sincerely, Dr. Charles William Parrish
