Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Bitwise 10 Crypto Index (Symbol: BITW), currently the world’s largest diversified crypto fund, to the first Spot Cyrpoto-asset ETF in the United States. I believe it is in the best interests for investors. The previous excuses do not cut it. First, it was the fact that the SEC can't control the market... well they can't for a lot of commodity asset classes as well, but yet we still have spot products. The second excuse has been that the SEC wants to "protect" investors. How is only offering Trust vehicles that swing +/- 30% NAV (premium/discount) protecting investors? It does the opposite. Please allow spot conversions. Sincerely, Ben
