SEC, GBTC is a core part of the retirement portfolio for many middle class lay investors like me who believe in the vision and technology that Satoshi Nakamoto gave the world through Bitcoin. SEC’s delay on a spot ETF has not only adversely impacted my retirement portfolio but also has led to routing of investments in countries like Canada where a spot ETF has already been approved. I would love to see the growth of both my portfolio as well as the US economy through a spot bitcoin ETF approval for GBTC. Best, Sanket
