Good afternoon, Please approve Grayscale's GBTC trust application to become a spot ETF without further delays or considerations. Bitcoin as a digital asset or software program is here to stay. Disclose the risk and then allow Amercan citizens to exercise their rights as consumers to have exposure on qualified plans. How is it that Canada, as a socialist country masquerading as a Democracy, is affording more choice to its citizens than is the United States, which is a constitutional republic, acting more like it's 1774 or 1775, if it please the King. It's not the role of the SEC to pick winners or losers or to be nannies for adult consumers. It's like we are still trying to figure out if the internet or social media will survive, Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 respectively. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other blockchains are Web 3.0, next generation software in its early phase of adoption. We need to allow adoption as a matter of economic viability, and scientific advancement. This infrastructure must go forward or out entire country will fall behind aggressive countries like China and Russia. There are robotics and artificial intelligence applications that affect things from remote surgery, transportation safety, to military equipment. Leverage on foreign or decentralized exchanges can be deal with through separate regulation. Mass adoption will continue to reduce external volatility pressure. The four-year cycle affecting from Bitcoin mining are diminishing with each payrate cut. China banning themselves will reduce volatility because their miners were oversupplying the market to pay for expensive electricity. American mining companies hold their Bitcoin and use capital financing to cover operational costs and even buy Bitcoin. They are always seeking cleaner and renewable energy sources. Bitcoin price is no longer being heavily controlled by supply-side fundamentals. It's being suppressed by regulaory fear, uncertainty, and doubt. Let's show the world that America is a great place for business, commerce, and leadership in technology. I have been in finance and technology since 2005.
