Dear SEC Official, I am writing with regards to GBTC as its proposed conversion to an ETF As an investor in GBTC, I would very much like for it to convert to an ETF. My main problem is that I would like to invest in an equity security that gives me exposure to bitcoin's performance. Having already approved a futures-based ETF is great, but that product doesn't track bitcoin exactly and is costly. I would greatly appreciate if you could please consider this carefully. Other countries have already approved spot-based bitcoin ETFs and the US should be leading in this regard. Bitcoin is already a mainstream asset. Thank you and regards Raul Grimaldi
