Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a long term investor, my concern is to have at my disposal an investment vehicle providing not only an easier way to invest but mainly a sheaper way by giving me access to Bitcoin through the traditional financial markets.
