Dear SEC I’m Paul Carnahan and I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Americans deserve the right to pursue block chain technologies. Many of these technologies are tied to crypto currencies(coins). These coins are not easily purchased in the current environment. All require you to open a wallet account, or another “Coinbase” type of account. Many Americans using work based 401k’s are not allowed to invest in crypto because these ETF’s do not exist.
