Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am 50 years old, reside in the state of North Carolina, and I believe that a physically backed ETF should be an option available to retirement accounts as a savings vehicle. Sincerely, Chris Martin
