Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to be the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I've been waiting for the familiarity and protections of a "physically backed" spot Bitcoin ETF, I believe you should not be forced into a Futures-based product simply because it’s the only one that exists in US. The whole crypto market will be more safe and can be accessed by more players not able buy BTC directly. I'm from Norway.
