Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a 71 year old from New Hampshire and I appreciate the benefits that a crypto currency could bring. I do not want or plan to actually use it as a currency myself, but I do believe in the value that crypto brings to the world. I would like to get exposure to Bitcoin through my brokerage account in a vehicle that the actual value of Bitcoin and believe that GBTC would be an effective vehicle to do this.
