Dear SEC, As an Individual investor who invest in GBTC in retirement accounts, I am deeply concerned about the delayed approval of spot bitcoin ETF. GBTC currently is trading at a huge discount to NAV which hurts the retirement investments of hard-working people. European and Canadian bitcoin ETFs exist. US futures bitcoin ETFs were launched not long ago. Denying American investors spot Bitcoin ETF pushes people towards riskier investment schemes and into European and Canadian bitcoin ETFs. I hope that the reason will prevail and if SEC is truly caring for the interests of the American public, it will approve the Grayscale application to convert GBTC to spot Bitcoin ETF, Sincerely, Stanka Semova Opération Manager Rockefeller University
