Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a Massachusetts resident who currently invests in GBTC through my company’s 401k program. GBTC being a Spot Bitcoin ETF allows me to invest in Bitcoin through these well-established and mature brokerage accounts. I think it is appropriate for the fund to be a Spot Bitcoin ETF to promote fair trading and decrease arbitrage opportunities. Sincerely, Andrew Karst
