Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Atlanta, GA and I am an investor in to the GBTC fund. I would like to have the GBTC fund converted to a spot ETF so that it can actually track the price of Bitcoin. Right now the only way to purchase actual bitcoin is through Crypto exchanges. I want a safer way to buy bitcoin through a proper exchange like Vanguard. In order for this to happen GBTC needs to be converted to a spot ETF so I can invest safely via Vanguard without risk to any security. Sincerely, Brian Twynham -- Brian Twynham
