RE: File No. SR-NYSE Arca-2021-90 Dear SEC, I support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the U.S. As an individual investor in Washington DC, I am looking to take advantage of Bitcoin's increasing popularity and value.
