Dear SEC,

I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States.

I don’t see more risk with an ETF for the investor than having one based on BTC futures.  Rather, I see more risk with futures for the investor. The marketplace needs a ETF that trades Bitcoin.
