Dear Sirs, I think it is high time US investors have the chance to buy an ETF investing in spot Bitcoin. Many countries in the world already offering similar products. Instead, the n.1 market in the world until now it's offering only a product investing in Bitcoin futures that is much more volatile and suffers from backwardation. Please reconsider your stance and finally allow GBTC to be converted from a closed-end to an open-ended vehicle, i.e. an ETF. regards Gabriele Zilioli
