Dear SEC, Please allow the conversion of GBTC to a spot ETF! This is a critical part of my retirement portfolio. You are quite frankly hurting small US investors like me by lagging the world in this area. Bitcoin is now a permanent part of the financial universe, and its scarcity is not something to shy away from. It's the actual reason that it works. A spot ETF embraces that while a futures ETF embraces Wall St and the enrichment of that establishment. There is plenty of volume and liquidity data showing that fraud and manipulation are not substantially different from other markets. Please, please be an advocate for me and people like me and support the conversion. Thank you, Chris in Buffalo, NY
