Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am investment advisor with clients who desire exposure to Bitcoin but find GBTC's trust structure costly and direct Bitcoin investment complicated. I would prefer a simple, familiar spot ETF for exposure to Bitcoin. I reside in and operate in North Carolina. Sincerely, Isaac
