Dear SEC, I’m writing from Nebraska to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently own shares of this fund, and converting it to an ETF will reduce tracking error and also reduce fees. Refusal to convert to an ETF harms me as an individual investor.
