Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. You are not protecting investors from denying spot ETFs. The discount and premiums need to be a thing of the past. Approve this already, you’ve kicked the can to far down the road. Bitcoin is not accessible to everyday people. We need a spot ETF for equality. Sincerely, Brandon Pasker
