Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think given the very certain likelihood of Bitcoin becoming more and more accepted in all manner of transactions, there needs to be a way for the individual investor to get exposure to the crypto markets via an ETF.
