Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin ETF would greatly improve the price consistency without trying to figure out If it is sold or bought with a premium or discount. It would also prove to be more widely accepted by mainstream investors. I believe the SEC is far behind the curve on this approval. Sincerely, Charles A. Cothran
