Dear SEC, I appreciate the opportunity to share directly my support for the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Summary of reasons ~Bitcoin is able to be acquired by a wide variety of means by US citizens. By far the safest and most transparent method of ownership would be via spot ETF. I want people to pay their fair share of tax and this is a superior way to make the purchase easy, quickly, and have reporting done through traditional stock accounts. The alternatives, including futures, have a significantly higher risk. Sincerely, Tony Johnson
