Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a holder of GBTC. I humbly request that the SEC approval it’s conversion to a spot ETF. It’s my understanding that Canada and Australia among may other countries currently have a spot ETF available to retail investors. Given the current stock market and the headwinds and manipulation we have all seen over the last 10-15 years. I fail to see how GBTC’s conversion to spot can be any riskier than many other regulated stocks or the GBTC trust itself in its current form.
