Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Hi I’m Greg Kohlhagen from Chicago Illinois. I think the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust Should be converted to an ETF. I think that retail investors deserve access to fair opportunities and to invest in opportunities they support. Having a futures ETF as our only option is more risky than a spot ETF. It would do best to serve us by allowing us to hold an ETF in a regulated marked rather than having us buy bitcoin from an online exchange which is under much less regulation. Thank you.
