Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Nevada. GBTC has a big leg up here because they already have the physical assets. If this isn’t possible I appreciate understanding the issues especially when Canada has one.
