Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a financial planner and investment advisor and having an efficient Bitcoin vehicle for my clients to invest in would be very helpful. I understand your concern regarding fraud and illegal activities, but fraud can happen in any currency and any asset. Bitcoin is a secure decentralized network and while illicit transactions may have been common in the beginning of the Bitcoin network, I think most transactions are both legal and documented. Please approve Grayscale Bitcoin ETF, the benefits outweigh any negatives. Sincerely, Chris Featherstone
