Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. You can always regulate something after you approve it into existence. Regulation is hamstringing capital in all areas of American society. The nuclear regulatory commission hasn't approved 1 new reactor since its creation. Let capitalism flourish by encouraging it to grow....and choose to trim some branches as we all learn together from good/bad experiences. I live in Ohio. Sincerely, Doug -- Doug Vahey
