Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm sure you are aware of your role to protect American investors, and you must believe you are doing that, but you simply are not. You are hurting the many investors who currently hold the trust in investment and retirement accounts, but more importantly you are holding America behind the rest of the world. All investments have risk. American's know that. You are playing favorites by restricting certain kinds of investments, and that is not your role. America should be leading the world in this type of innovation, not falling behind and watching as American dollars go to other countries where these funds already exist.
