Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please allow a spot Bitcoin ETF, many other countries have front-run us already, and a futures ETF is not beneficial to the average investor. I have been investing for over 30 years and have been in Grayscale products for 4 years, I am aware of the risks, and have invested over the years with stocks, bonds and options. Bitcoin has some role in the future of worldwide monetary system and we must embrace and lead in this endeavor. Sincerely, Brian Sipe DO
