Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. That would give us all a much cheaper instrument to be expose to Bitcoin, what I believe is becoming a mainstream technology and store of value. There is no sense on admit GBTC as it is and not allow it to become an ETF. Sincerely and thanks, Ignacio
